Smo-King Ovens Pty Limited is an Australian family owned company which has been designing and manufacturing commercial food smoking ovens in Sydney since 1997. The smoke ovens are used by retail butchers for processsing ham, bacon and small goods, for hot and cold smoking by fish processors, by restaurants and speciality food processors for smoking and cooking meat, poultry, vegetables and pastry products.

We also distribute a carefully selected range of special purpose equipment for processing meat, poultry, pizzas, sandwiches, fish and vegetables. This equipment is manufactured by innovative suppliers in the USA and Europe.
